Welcome to another WOD! Let’s get your Tuesday moving… For this WOD, we have combined a little yoga and some strength work. Corona or no Corona, staying fit and focused is key to mental and physical health. Let’s get you focused on maximizing your Tuesday!
- Pulls Ups – know what that is? Reverse your grip on the bar and pull up.
- Planks – hands shoulder-width apart and hold your back straight.
- Jump Squats – start low, in the squat position and jump! Repeat and maybe bring your knees to your chest for extra credit.
- Raise Leg Lifts – stay on your back, palms on the ground by your hips and lift both your legs in the air and then repeat.
- Jump Ropes – you know what to do!
- Deep Breathing – something we try to do everyday. Breath in, and think loving yourself. Breath out, and think gratitude.
