- Medicine Ball Twists – hold the medicine ball in the center of your body and twist while keeping your hips centered.
- Medicine Ball Push Ups – Keep one hand on the medicine ball and execute a push up. Switch hands between sets.
- Punches – start punching in the air, try out combos and move your feet.
- Jumping Jacks – you know what to do!
- Burpees – you know what to do! Don’t give up!
- Stretching – slow it down, and stretch those legs and arms!
